Return and Refund Policy
Last updated: August 19, 2026
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Outdoor Optur.
We want our customers to shop with confidence. This Policy explains our voluntary return policy, statutory withdrawal rights, refunds, exchanges, damaged or defective products, and return shipping costs.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible products.
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
For a return under our voluntary 30-day return policy to be eligible, the product should generally:
-
Be in the same condition in which you received it;
-
Be unused, unworn and undamaged;
-
Include all original accessories, components, manuals and parts;
-
Include original tags or labels, where applicable;
-
Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible; and
-
Be accompanied by a receipt, order confirmation or other valid proof of purchase.
Products that are used, damaged, incomplete or materially different from the condition in which they were delivered may be refused or may be subject to an appropriate reduction in the refund where permitted by applicable law.
These conditions relating to our voluntary 30-day return policy do not restrict any mandatory statutory rights, including the applicable 14-day right of withdrawal described below.
2. How to Request a Return
Before sending any product back to us, please contact us to request a return.
Email: krellelinde@gmail.com
Telephone: +45 61 79 11 08
When contacting us, please provide, where applicable:
-
Your full name;
-
Your order number;
-
The email address used when placing the order;
-
The product you wish to return;
-
The reason for the return; and
-
Photographs or videos if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
After reviewing your request, we will provide return authorization and the appropriate return instructions.
Please do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from us.
Unless we confirm a different return address in writing, approved returns should be sent to:
Outdoor Optur
C/O K.Lindegaard
Westend 26, 1. tv
1661 København V
Denmark
Products sent to us without prior notification may take longer to identify and process.
3. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Incomplete Products
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Contact us promptly if:
-
The product arrives damaged;
-
The product is defective;
-
You receive a product different from the one ordered;
-
Components or accessories are missing; or
-
The parcel shows significant signs of damage during transportation.
Please provide your order number together with a description of the problem and, where reasonably possible, clear photographs or videos showing:
-
The product;
-
The defect or damage;
-
The outer packaging;
-
The shipping label; and
-
Any missing or incorrect components.
After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
-
Repair;
-
Replacement;
-
Return;
-
Price reduction; or
-
Refund.
Where the return is required because the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming due to an error for which we are responsible, the customer will not be required to bear reasonable return shipping costs where applicable law requires us to cover those costs.
Please contact us before returning such products so that we can provide the correct instructions.
4. Non-Returnable Products and Exceptions
Certain products may not be eligible for return because of their nature or because an exception permitted by applicable law applies.
Examples may include:
-
Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;
-
Perishable products or goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly;
-
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
-
Hazardous materials;
-
Flammable liquids or gases;
-
Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
-
Sealed audio, video or computer software after the seal has been removed; and
-
Other products excluded from withdrawal or return rights under applicable law.
Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether a particular product may be returned.
Sale or clearance products and gift cards may also be excluded from our voluntary 30-day return policy where permitted by law.
These exclusions do not affect any mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, model, size or variation, please return the eligible item in accordance with this Return and Refund Policy and place a new order.
Returns must meet the eligibility requirements described in this policy. Any new order is processed separately and is subject to current product availability and pricing.
Any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. EU/EEA 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers who enter into an eligible distance contract, including purchases made online, may have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, where European Union or European Economic Area consumer protection law applies.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires by sending a clear statement to:
Outdoor Optur
Email: krellelinde@gmail.com
Telephone: +45 61 79 11 08
Your notice should clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
You may include:
-
Your name;
-
Order number;
-
Order date;
-
Date the goods were received;
-
Product being returned; and
-
Your contact details.
You do not need to provide a reason for exercising a valid statutory right of withdrawal.
Returning Goods After Withdrawal
After notifying us that you are exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and, where applicable, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Unless otherwise confirmed by us in writing, returns should be sent to:
Outdoor Optur
C/O K.Lindegaard
Westend 26, 1. tv
1661 København V
Denmark
Please contact us before shipping the goods so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Inspection of Goods
During the statutory withdrawal period, you may inspect and handle a product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to how you would normally inspect it in a physical store.
You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for that purpose, where permitted by applicable law.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain contracts or goods, including, where permitted by law:
-
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
-
Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly;
-
Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
-
Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
-
Sealed audio, video or computer software once unsealed;
-
Certain digital content after performance has begun with the required consent and acknowledgement; and
-
Other products or services specifically excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from, and does not reduce, your rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.
7. Return Shipping Costs
7.1 Returns Under the 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Where you exercise an applicable statutory 14-day right of withdrawal because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that we informed you of this obligation as required before the purchase.
This may include:
-
Return postage;
-
Courier charges;
-
Packaging costs; and
-
Other direct costs associated with sending the product back.
We will bear the return shipping costs where:
-
We expressly agreed to do so;
-
We failed to properly inform you before purchase that you would be responsible for the direct return costs; or
-
Applicable mandatory law requires us to bear those costs.
Please do not send a return parcel to us using Cash on Delivery, postage-due or another service that requires us to pay charges upon receipt unless we have expressly agreed to this in advance.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return and refund are complete.
7.2 Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
You will not normally be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs where the return is necessary because:
-
The product is defective or non-conforming;
-
The product was damaged before or during delivery;
-
We sent the wrong product;
-
Components or accessories are missing; or
-
Another confirmed error attributable to Outdoor Optur occurred.
Please contact us before returning the product. We will provide the appropriate instructions regarding the return and applicable shipping costs.
7.3 Voluntary Returns After the Statutory Withdrawal Period
For change-of-mind returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy after any applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise or the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.
8. Return Inspection
After receiving a returned product, we will inspect it.
We may check:
-
The condition of the product;
-
Whether all components and accessories are included;
-
Whether the product corresponds to the original order;
-
Whether there is any damage beyond what was reported;
-
Whether the return falls under the statutory withdrawal right or our voluntary return policy; and
-
Whether any reduction in value has occurred.
We will notify you when the return has been reviewed.
Products returned under our voluntary 30-day policy that do not satisfy the applicable return conditions may be refused.
For statutory returns, any deduction from the refund for diminished value will only be made where permitted by applicable law.
9. Refunds
9.1 Refunds Under the EU/EEA Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Where you validly exercise an applicable statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received from you in connection with the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order.
If you selected a more expensive shipping method, such as express or expedited delivery, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option, where permitted by law.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and generally no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
For physical goods, we may withhold reimbursement until:
-
We receive the returned goods; or
-
You provide acceptable evidence that the goods have been sent back,
whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
Unless otherwise agreed or required due to the original payment method, refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
We do not charge a separate fee for processing a statutory withdrawal refund.
9.2 Refunds Under Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy outside an applicable statutory withdrawal right, we will review the product after it has been received.
If the return is approved, the refund will normally be processed within 10 business days after approval.
The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed approval of your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at:
Email: krellelinde@gmail.com
Telephone: +45 61 79 11 08
10. Cash on Delivery Refunds
If your order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), a refund cannot necessarily be returned through the original payment channel because payment was collected at delivery.
Where a COD refund is approved, we may contact you to obtain the information reasonably necessary to arrange the refund through an appropriate method.
For security reasons, please do not send passwords, PIN codes or complete payment-account credentials by email.
The refund method will be arranged in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
11. Canceling an Order Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel or modify an order before it is dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Email: krellelinde@gmail.com
Telephone: +45 61 79 11 08
We will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
However, if the order has already entered processing or has been dispatched, we may not be able to stop or modify the shipment.
This does not affect any statutory withdrawal, cancellation or consumer protection rights available to you.
12. Refused or Unclaimed Parcels
If you no longer wish to receive an order, including a Cash on Delivery order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Simply refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not necessarily replace the requirement to clearly notify us where applicable law requires notice of withdrawal.
Additional costs arising from an unjustified refusal, failed delivery caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, or an unclaimed parcel may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. Proof of Return
Customers should retain:
-
Return shipping receipts;
-
Tracking numbers;
-
Courier confirmations; and
-
Other evidence showing that the returned parcel was sent.
We are not responsible for return parcels lost during transportation where the customer selected and arranged the return carrier, except where responsibility is imposed on us by applicable law.
Using a trackable shipping service is strongly recommended.
14. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Our voluntary 30-day return policy provides additional return options and is not intended to replace, restrict or reduce statutory consumer rights.
If any provision of this Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law applicable to you, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
